Receiving the below error on some outbound email attempts.

This message could not be sent because its size exceeded the server's limit. You can use the option, located in Tools | Accounts | Properties | Advanced, to break messages into smaller parts.

Also tried the virgin media web mail page to send the same message rather than an email client:

Message could not be sent to the following recipients: [lradvice@jaguarlandrover.com] (554 - 554 5.2.0 SMTP602 Message contains Spam Content ;id=eePNhZeiJkBLUeePNhmlSE;sid=eePNhZeiJkBLU;mta=smtp3.tb;d=20190622;t=134213[CET]

And... this is a domain and email address that I've already sent and replied to on numerous occasions without error.

Please advise ASAP when this will be fixed.

The matching data used by spam filters is frequently updated and false positives usual clear themselves in 6, 12, 24, or 48 hours. If the issue persists then you will need to wait for a forum team member to liaise with the spam filter service provider to help resolve the false positive; be aware it can take the forum team a few days to work through to your post.

BTW I do not believe the recipient's email address is the issue here but more likely text appearing in the message subject and/or body. If you wish to troubleshoot the cause then first sign into webmail and send the same email to yourself. If that email is delivered into the spam folder then try the following:

1. change the subject text and send the email to yourself
2. divide the message body into two halves and send each to yourself
3. repeat step 2 with the half delivered to your Spam folder until the cause is found

If Virgin Media want to use me for Cloudflare or other Spam filtering diagnosis or improvement I'm happy to pass on my contracting rates.

  that boat sailed long ago when user found themselves having to correct misidentified email as spam / ham.; at least then the benefit to the user was obvious whereas with something like Google's ReCaptcha that is neither clear nor balanced (IMHO).

BUMP! Received a meaningless tweet response from Virgin Media which said I should log the issue on the forum.  This is in response to my opening tweet which included a link to this very thread.  Is anyone reading these things in Virgin Media?

Fixed by someone - the offending email has now left my Outbox. Just hoping this doesn't happen too often.
