Error 403 Forbidden when trying to access email

I cant access my emails for one of my Email accounts as it comes back with 403 forbidden everytime.

I have tried loggingin in with a different browser (both with cookies deleted and in incognito) and neither worked. I can access the main virginmedia page fine so its just emails with the issue. Also I have tried to reset my password via the primary account.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community although we are sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your mailbox. 

Are you getting any error messages when trying to access your mail through a third party client such as Outlook or on a mail app? 

Can you let me know which browsers you tried using to log in? Are there any other aspects of your My VM account that you're having trouble accessing? 

Make sure when doing a password change, you are using a completely new password that's never been used before. This will help if the address has been locked.
