My blue yonder email has just started saying email not sent incorrect username or password even though I had not altered anything. I have since changed password but same message comes up. I have gone into virgin website and sent emails with no issue
I have the same issue with blue yonder, also virginmedia email addresses. Always says server not responding. I have deleted account and reset all e,ail setting now I don’t get anything. Virgin sort this out!
If you successful authenticated yourself to the SMTP server you will see something similar to:

You can check your listing yourself but there is no point requesting removal until you have found and deleted the spambot. https://www.spamhaus.org/query and type in your external IP you can gets this my typing "whats my ip" into google.
