The response from the remote server was:
421 4.2.0 MXIN618 Temporary SMC Policy Violation detected, retry later ;id=ZdJXmLQIvJkhOZdJYmlBtZ;sid=ZdJXmLQIvJkhO;mta=mx7.tb;dt=2021-10-10T20:12:48+02:00;ipsrc=209.85.208.43;
Got this 24-hours after sending an email to a virgin address which wasn't received. Seems Virgin to Virgin emails work Gmail to Virgin doesn't. Looks like there's something on Virgin's end blocking the emails.
Gmail to Yahoo works, Yahoo to Gmail works, Virgin to Gmail works. But none of these addresses can send anything to Virgin.

Hi frost2029,
Thanks for posting on our community forums. It looks as though this issue has been reported to our IT team already who are working on a fix for this.
Can we ask if anything has changed since you last posted? Is the issue fixed or are you still unable to send anything to the Virgin email address?
Kind regards Jodi.
