Emails not being received

I can log into my email account (on both my laptop and phone) and I can send emails but I am not receiving any. 

I have removed all filter rules and have logged out and logged back in again but still no new emails are being received - which is a problem as I am using this accounts email address to get a verification code sent to.     

I'd appreciate anyone's help to resolve this issue.

I am sorry to hear you're having some issues receiving emails. 

Are you using Webmail or third party email client to access these?

Do you know if anyone trying to send you an email is getting a non delivery report at all?

Hi Ayisha,
The problem is now resolved. I started getting the odd email through sporadically a few hours later. Then they seemed to catch up the next day without me doing anything differently. So I guess the problem was with VM.
