Emails from mailing list not arriving

Hi,

I have just noticed that I am no longer receiving emails from marketing@spotlight.com

I have checked that I have opted in to receive them, they are not going into Spam and Spotlight are not receiving any bounceback messages.

Can anyone help?

Just to confirm - are you receiving emails okay from any other sender?

I have already answered that.

Yes. Other emails are arriving into my account.

Hi @Jan2010,

Thanks for confirming. I understand you have also checked the Spam folder in your inbox. Are you able to see if any Spam Filters have been setup on your email? If there are any set-up, can you please temporarily disable them to see if the emails from Spotlight are received?

I have given up on getting this resolved; and changed the email address I use on the site to a non virgin one.
