Can anyone possibly explain why ONLY the emails from Virgin with the links for latest channels etc, do not work in my Outlook 2007 client.All other emails from everyone else work fine.?If I click on the link I see a stupidly long url link about 20 lines deep in the window that shows the link, but never works?Just had the 'You’ve got extra channels!' email again, and this time I thought I'd ask?TIA

Of course.How do I forward you the email? I cannot take a pic as soon as I move off the link the link url disappears?
I have since received an email re the cloud storage, which did work, in that it took me to the google page, just that there was no space left to offer. That is in another thread.
The emails always appear to be about the upcoming TV programs for the week?

Is there anyway you can print screen or screenshot the link or an email which is affected by this issue? If so, please do and post below so we can take a look.
Have you also tried opening the link into a new browser?
