Years worth of emails have disappeared prior to 13/05/21. They aren't on Virgin webmail either, in archive or in trash. I have called customer services and they didn't help me. I have an android phone, I am wondering if anyone from Virgin can offer any support or advise, I see this issue has come up a few times but I can't find any answers?
There is no rule defined when I check that in settings, I honestly think Virgin has deleted these, i'm not the only one its happened to, I have lost e-vouchers, Vaccine appointments all useful stuff you tend to keep hold of all gone
