Emails disappeared

Years worth of emails have disappeared prior to 13/05/21. They aren't on Virgin webmail either, in archive or in trash. I have called customer services and they didn't help me. I have an android phone, I am wondering if anyone from Virgin can offer any support or advise, I see this issue has come up a few times but I can't find any answers?

Can I just ask if you are an active customer

The email address was this from a former account

Hi, I am an active Virgin Media customer and this is my current email account, basically all emails in my inbox from day 1 of the account up to 13th May have all gone

Before I do, Can you check the size of the Mail box online. 

Just in case its got full and then automatically deleted any old mails

The mailbox is 25GB with 202.83mb used currently

FYI if a recipient's mailbox is full the sender's email is bounced with an appropriate notification message; delivered emails are never deleted automatically to free up mailbox space.

I have checked the AutoForward settings and there is no email address in there.

Are there any unexpected rules list under ☰ > Settings > ▸ Email > Filter Rules; if there are deactivate them in case you need to refer to them later?
