I would really appreciate a response in regards to my emails that you have blocked. Again. This is now beyond a joke and keeps happening and nobody can explain why. Not acceptable when you are waiting for important emails I am told a ticket has been raised but nobody can tell me real timescales. I have important emails I need access to and need them sorting sooner rather than later

I am having the exact same issue and keep being told just reset your password this clearly isn’t working. I have been told a ticket has been raised but no timescales. Interesting it’s not just me. Wonder what’s happening at vm end.
