I think my email account is faulty as I am unable to forward an email I received days ago onward to a friend. Seems to be a problem re password but tried to insert it again to no avail

Can you post the redacted text of the error message and detail of whether the email is being sent via webmail or an email client?

Forget the problem I have got the original emailer to resend to my friend. I now know I can’t forward E mails on but don’t know why as I have never changed anything since I first joined when it was ntlworld

Thank you for reaching back out to us and for the update, is it just forwarding Emails you aren't able to do, is this all Emails or just from one sender?
