I followed the instructions posted on the relevant board, ie: "Sign in to My Virgin Media, go to My Profile and/or Manage Accounts depending on whether the account concerned is your primary account or an additional one. Select the account concerned and then click on Change to the right of password if a primary account or View/Change then change to the right of password for secondary accounts."

My blueyonder email is still unavailable. It has been since 23 August although a Virgin  technician did get it back briefly for 4 days - then it's been unavailable again from 31 August. Various 150 Virgin technicians have tried to get the email working but to no avail. Any thoughts on what I might do?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue gaining access to your emails. We can certainly take a look at things for you.

Hi my email is yet again unavailable - I rang 150 and got through to a tecnician who changed the password but I still cannot access my email. This is infuriating that it is the third time this has happened this year. I have done a virus sweep with F-secure and all is well. Please help!!!
