My Email is "unavailable" (not the one I used to sign up to this account with obviously) and has been inaccessible for a week. I need urgent access as I am buying a mortgage and might miss important emails.
It's a blueyonder address if that is important. The Telewest account, now Virgin, is still a customer. Also I have already tried resetting it, twice.
