Email transfer to new iPad

Hi, transferred all data from old iPad to new iPad including my emails but my wife’s emails didn’t transfer. Advises account error. Her email on old iPad can still send and receive.

Hi @stew7019, thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.

As this appears to be an issue with the device in question, unfortunately we don't assist with third party devices as long as there's not a problem with the email itself, which it appears to not be judging from your comments.

Are you able to access your Wife's emails via webmail here?

If so, I would advise contacting Apple and using their equivalent Forums to see if they can support you further with this issue.
