Email to ntlworld account appearing several days late after being sent

Morning,

I'm having issues getting login approval emails from a particular site that's linked to my ntlworld.com account. They are popping up several days late but I cannot use them because they have a time limit to be used to login.

When I test on the site with a different account linked to an Outlook email, I get the login approval email instantly.

Could I pm someone from the VM team details of the email for them to help get the email through?

Just saw one of the sticky post, would the delay in receiving the emails be related to SPF Authentication?

Sorry to hear of the problems getting the email approvals, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

Can you confirm the site and if you have been able to speak to them in regards to this? Does it only happen with this specific site?

Yes, I've been testing it lately and still receiving these verification emails a day or two late after it was sent from the website server.

I have the email header available if your team needs it.
