My email structures and files on my iphone and ipad are correct - its all there. On my windows desktop and laptop - the file structures and contents are not there.

I have deleted the account on both windows machines, restarted the computers, added the account - but its the same.

What next - all emails merely use the basic ntlworld VM software - nothing fancy or external

Is the structure correct when viewed in webmail? If not select ⚙ > Email > Change IMAP subscriptions… and confirm all folders are subscribed to.

In your Windows email client confirm IMAP is being used and make sure all folders are subscribed to.

  • Confirm all folders are subscribed to and then after saving press Ctrl + Shift + R to bypass browser’s data cache when reloading — the user created folder will appear under My Folders

Thank you - its resolved
