Email reply stuck in Outlook Outbox because recognised as SPAM

When my solicitor sends me an email regarding 'Heads of Terms' issues, she abbreviates the title to " HOT's' " for short . So it comes in headed as SPAM (but I still receive it as I've allowed all SPAM through for now). But when I try too send her a reply on that email it goes into my Outlook Outbox and won't send. Is it because the filtering software thinks the " HOT's " is inappropriate? I'll ask he to changer the title and see.

I only thought this might be the case after reading other past comments regarding how some words/phrases can be deemed unacceptable, despite them being used properly and innocently/

Thanks

View the source of one of the emails that arrived in your Spam folder, do you see the following headers?

X-Spam:
X-Spam-Action:
X-Spam-Reason:

Yes, then what values are shown.
No, then Outlook maybe filtering the emails to the spam folder.
