I have tried logging into both my broadband and mobile accounts with an email I know is right but all I keep getting is email password not recognised any help please and thank you 🙂

Sorry to hear you've had some issues signing in to your online accounts. If you have already registered and accessed the accounts before then it's strange this would happen - please get back to me via PM (the purple envelope icon) and we'll be able to take a closer look into it for you.
