Hello guys.
I was trying to add my Gmail account to my outlook 2013 account.
However I cannot remember the password for the life of me, and searching google for days I can’t seem to find a solution.
Within the outlook page I go to account settings > account settings and there is an option to create a new email account.
So I select manual setup then from the 3 options select POP OR IMAP, then filling out the POP and IMAP account settings all is well apart from the password, I just can’t remember it.
Got my working email years ago it is a blueyonder.co.uk address and I can’t remember what virgin media sent me for my first setup.
Any help would be appreciated.

The blueyonder email address has no connection with your Gmail account. Do you mean that you have forgotten your Gmail account password? If so you should be able to find instructions on how to do this by searching for reset Gmail password.

Thank you for the reply.
I had thought you would be able to receive my Gmail with outlook, thanks’ for clearing that up, I’m ok with my Gmail password It’s the outlook password that I can’t remember at all.

You should not need a password to access Outlook 2013.
When you are in the add account section you need to use the Gmail settings and password to add them to Outlook.
However, I think that Gmail make this complicated due to their security requirements.
