Email page format keeps changing

I keep finding the branding on my Virgin Email page changes to "OX" for a while and then reverts to the Virgin branding. This is irritating because (using the View option) I can't format the page as I would ideally like to see it; any View changes I make are then lost next time the OX branding reappears.

Why does this keep happening and is there anything I can do to ensure I always get the Virgin branded page?

I am sorry to hear that you have been having issues with the service and this is not the experience which we want you to have with us. Can you confirm which browser you are using and if you are getting the same issue on multiple browsers? ^Chris.

This happened again yesterday when my computer "awoke" from sleep mode - see below a snap of the page that was presented in Chrome.

As the problem occurs randomly, I am unable to create it using another browser.
