I have an iphone 7 and an ipad. They both stopped sending emails- they get stuck in the outbox and it says my password is incorrect but no settings have changed. I can receive emails fine.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the email account but it won’t verify the account- it ‘cannot connect to SSL’. The settings are what virgin media recommend as far as I can see.
Has anyone else had this issue? What are the recommended settings? I have an ntlworld email address which is now virgin media.

There does seem to be problems with iDevices & Virginmedia.My settings are:
imap.virginmedia.comSSL on/tickedPort 993smtp.virginmedia.comSSL on/tickedPort 465Username is your full email address.
