Email on Blueyonder not working since Friday evening (April-08).  Not from the Webmail, nor iPad, nor Thunderbird.  I see the change password message, but how can I be sure it's really VirginMedia!  If you re making changes like this, would it not be at least polite to let your users know?

How can I get this resolved, please?

Resolved by VM.  Thanks.

To clarify, some spammer had used my address as either the origin or the reply address for their spam.  Of course, this generated scores of "unknown address" and other replies from their ISPs.  VM saw the abuse and sent me an e-mail saying my account was now locked.  (a) I didn't get the e-mail as I couldn't log into the account.  (b) There would have been nothing I could do, as the offending e-mails had not originated from my PC - I hope that a simple check by VM would have established this.  There was no other notification from VM about the problem.
