Firstly do you have an active virgin media broadband account? If you do you can phone up or wait here for assistance, if you do not have a broadband account with virgin your email account may be deleted as your email should cease 90 days after you leave Virgin. They are often tardy with this and emails can linger on for years but eventually they will be deleted, if the process hasn't gone too far it may be possible to temporarily recover the account so that you can download your emails and make provision to change your address, again wait here for assistance
