I can’t send emails on my phone (samsung) it just goes to outbox, so i tried clearing cache (didn’t work) and clearing data which didn’t work also. When trying to re add my email i keep getting an error message of pop3 or imap not enabled but all those settings are fine. Trying to reset my password for my ntlworld account and now get the error message of ‘email not recognised’ yet it’s been fully working for 10+ years and is used daily so it’s fully activated and in use yet it’s not recognised. I don’t have a secondary email linked to my account so i can’t use that method either, this is a highly important email account as it’s for business and personal use, which i cannot access at all no matter what i try. URGENT HELP!

Have you been able to get the issues resolved since you last posted on Friday or do you need further assistance?
