Email mailbox not available

My email has stopped working. It will not send or receive email. I have been told this might be because I have an ‘old’ email address and that it is being ‘moved’. How long will this take? Will I ever get my access sorted?

Any help greatly appreciated. I (and virgin customer services) have tried to reset the password but I still get the same error message. After being transferred to the next level helpdesk and an hour and a half wait I then got cut off!

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
