Email log in problems

My dad has been unable to log in to his emails for the last 2 days.

He phoned virginmedia yesterday and was told they'd reset his password and he should not try and log in for 24 hours. They said they would phone back after 24 hours to make sure it worked.

24 hours later, he still can't log in and nobody called back.

He can access his VM account but gets the message saying 'your mailbox is not available at the moment' when he tries to access email.

He has tried resetting his password but it still hasn't worked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Kidunne thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.

Sorry to hear your dad is unable to access his email address and for any inconvenience this may be causing him. Is he the named Virgin Media account holder?  If so, I would recommend he either calls us on 0345 454 1111 or 150 from our landline or mobile service. Alternatively, if he wishes to try a different method to contact us, all our contact methods can be found here.  Or the named account holder can create their own account on here and reach out to us and we'll gladly help.
