I have followed the instructions & changed password but still won’t let me send email

I can sign into vm account but can’t send emails on my blue yonder account, I can send in my iCloud account please help

How long ago did you change your password? It can take an hour or so for the change to work its way through the various systems.

I updated password a few hours ago.

Never mind giving me badges how about sorting the issue with my blue yonder email account.

I can get this looked into
