Email locked

Hi all,

Haven't been able to access email account because of this 

 I have changed my password three times to no avail. Any advice appreciated.

Hi Arichardson,

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your email address. 

I have been unable to locate your account from our side. 

So what I will do is private message you so we can locate this and see what we can do to help.
