I too have the issue about locked email account and I cannot access email through My Virgin Media, it just tells me Forbidden.

I have tried to follow the instructions to scan for viruses and to reset the password but after resetting the password it takes me back to the start of the process to reset! I have been trying to reset for several days now!

I am fortunate that I can access my emails on my apple device email but I only use that to quickly read emails, I reply and do new emails through My Virgin Media!

 Please assist, thanks.

Thanks for the message but i was finally able to reset the password and I then got back into my virgin media emails.

yep, totally different from previously used. Fingers crossed doesn't happen again.
