Hi - I’ve been locked out of my desktop access to blueyonder account (tho it’s still working from iPhone). When I try to reset my password I’m unable to access webmail and get a Forbidden 403 error message.
please can someone help?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with accessing your emails.
Can you confirm if you still have an active broadband account with us? If so, will it allow you to try a password reset?

I ended up following advice posted elsewhere on the forum to delete cookies and reset password. That seems to have solved it.
