Email locked changed password still locked

I got a spammy looking Renault from vm. I can't get email from work since. I followed all the help instructions.

I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say Renault, please can you clarify?

It's obviously a typo and seeing vm dont allow editing of posts i didn't correct it. Funny the new password was limited to 8 chars so it's hackable

There is a 30 minute edit window for posts.  Still wondering what you meant to type that got changed to Renault?

any password length is hackable. it is at what point the hacker gives up. 

 

Renualt is obviously a typo for email
