Hi i am a long time customer of virgin media and have had my password changed not by myself for my account. When i try to change it i get this error message "You can't use that password. Please choose another"

I am computer savvy and have tried all suggested methods including ckearing browsing data and cache to no avail please help as i cannot access my emails and the virgin email is the main one I use.

Sorry to hear that you're unable to access your email address and for any inconvenience this may be causing you.  Have you also done a full virus scan of your devices, before attempting to make any changes?  As you've reached out to us, I would like to take a look on your behalf.
