Email keeps asking for Passwod

My wife’s virgin media email keeps saying there is no password on her Apple devices.  Keep having to change the password, deleting and adding the account.  Why would this be?

Do you have an active Broadband account with Virgin ? : lots of people with 'lapsed' accounts are having problems.

Yes, we are current Virgin customers.

Had the issue again on her iPhone (but not iPad) this morning.  Solved by deleting and adding account again.

The guidance says do a full virus scan, but searches show this in not required for IOS devices.

am I missing something?

Still try the malware scan as maybe helpful 🙂

What Malware for iOS would you recommend?

I'm afraid that we are unable to recommend a virus scanner, but It is very unlikely that you will get a virus on IOS devices.

 

We'd advise speaking with Apple for further guidance with device security 🙂
