Email inbox ‘unavailable’

Hi, 

I have tried resetting passwords etc. to access my account, but no option seems to work. I see an error message stating that ‘my email inbox is unavailable’. Please could someone message me to resolve this?

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to to post your email issues on our forums. I'm really sorry that you cannot get into your email at the moment and you're get the 'Mailbox unavailable' error message.

I have tried to find your account via your community profile and have been unable to do so, I will need to send over a private message requesting some account details from you, so that we can pass security and get this looked into further for.
