My email address stopped working for no apparent reason.
I tried on iPad windows 10 pc and webmail .
web Mail tells me this email address is not a available try in one hour.
I did no change.
I spent 45 minutes on the helpline to be told the email isn’t working and the problem will be escalated to a technician. If May take up to 5 days to be be fixed.
anyone else have this issue.
the failed email has been in use for nearly 30 years.
people sending emails are not advised of a problem on the email address.

I have same issues - can’t do a reset on password as email address not being recognised by the system

Admin reset my email password and issue now resolved. Much better service than through the phone support - thanks
