I reset my pc and need to set up my virginmedia email address again and don’t know where to get my password from?

When a person is given an email address from Virgin they issue the password and you set it up on outlook.

And I very much doubt that they keep a record of it - I believe the only way you will get access again is via the 'forgotten password' link. It's been quite a long time since I did this, but aren't you required to change your email password the first time you use it anyway? In which case whatever password they originally set up wouldn't work anyway.

Incidentally, you are a current Virgin Media broadband customer, I hope?

Thanks for your reply, I can see you haven't reached out to our team. 

We are unable to reset your password form here, when you click forgotten password, what error do you get? Or if you manage your emails from your My Virgin Media account and try to change the passwords there what issue are you having?
