Email account - receiving error when adding to iPhone

Hi I am trying to add my email account to another iPhone but I keep getting the message no password provided go to settings mail account….. the password entered is correct as well as the settings
can you help thanks

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues when setting up your email account on your iPhone. 

Can you please confirm if you have been able to check the settings on the link provided by jpeg1? If so, have they helped to resolve the issue?

Hi Nat have checked settings and they are ok still receiving message

No password provided for biju27…..

please go to mail account settings and enter a password

Hi I am trying to add one of my ntlworld emails onto my iphone. its coming up with the same error message i have checked the imap host name which is correct. all of my other emails (1 x ntlworld and 1 X virginmedia) are on there with no issues
