Hi, unsure if I have been hacked. Blue yonder account not available, says password required. Have been on website but says account unavailable

Hello

Are you still a Virginmedia Broadband account holder ?

If you are not then I am afraid it looks like the account has been deleted as normally under the T&C emails addresses are deleted 90 days after you account is close, although some hang around for longer.
