Hi,

my email account has been locked. How do I fix this please?

Hello, Graham,

Thank you for replying.

I changed my password as instructed, went out for an hour, came back and tried again, but my details are not being recognised.

Can you advise me on what to try next please?

I’ve just remembered I needed to change the password elsewhere too, so I’ve done that and regained my mailbox.
