Try to log in to my email account and mailbox unavailable message appears. Have phoned virgin twice and changed passwords and was told account was unlocked but to no avail. Has been three days now. It is my main account and this is causing me so many problems!.

Is this email on an active media account? Have you changed the passwords or did we do that for you?

It is an active account and the first attempt at resetting my password was done by myself but the last two attempts were done by Virgin.
