As many other users I'm unable to access my emails! This has been going on for 2 days. Please allow me access.
Unable to log into my Virgin email account. Message is 'your mailbox is not available at the moment'.
Phoning for assistance is almost useless. Anyone got an email or text contact for VM?
Just like 'Griever' stated on 15th Oct I too get the same 'Sorry' message re unavailability of my email account. Can someone at VM please release my poor old emails?

We can look into this for you, In order to do so, I will need to drop you an inbox to pass DPA, If you check the purple envelope on the top right of your screen, you will find it there.
