I have the dreaded mabox unavailable message and, despite resetting my password more than once it still persists. As there is no option to speak to anyone at customer services anymore, what are my options? Other than moving to Sky and Gmail in the near future🤬

Sorry to hear of the issues faced with your mailbox being unavailable recently, how are things since you last posted here yesterday?
A password reset usually works in these cases, just make sure you're setting up a brand new and secure password that has not been used before on this account so you meet the requirements and this should grant you access.
Kindly try this if not yet and let us know if you still need our help.
Please, note: a password must also start with a letter, use both upper and lower case letter and numbers, also avoid simple words and number combos like 123 etc.
