Can’t access my virgin.net email. Have changed password as suggested on previous posts and this doesn’t work. Trying to get any contact with Virgin is impossible. Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear that you are having mailbox access issues. Do you have an actie media account with us? If not, then this might be why the mailbox is no longer available.
