I am unable to access my virginmedia.com account from the Virgin Media website and it says I no longer exist but I can still receive emails on my phone and personal computer. Can you please tell me what is happening and why I am unable to access my email account from the website but I use the same logon name for my virgin mobile account and I can login to that account?
Email addresses and mailboxes are supplied to broadband customers only. You are experiencing the first stage of deletion - webmail access goes first, then the mailbox is deleted. Use your access via client to backup anything important to you. Get started on changing services that use the email address. It is probably too late to set up forwarding.
