Email / Webmail Not working

As per the title, my email doesn't work (password is correct).

This has been going on for 2 days.

Webmail reports the following error below. I am keen not to wait on the phone for extended durations at this time.

Any help would be appreciated.

Mac Mail is working by re-entering all details, but webmail is still unoperational.

I have the opposite Mac mail failing, but webmail working OK

Have Virgin owned up to a problem yet ?

Do they reply in these forums ?

I hope they reply, since I've seen people claim the wait on the phone can be over an hour.

As mentioned; I sorted my Mac Mail issue by entering in the details again so that's worth a try if you haven't already.  I've also read that pop3.blueyonder.co.uk should be replaced with pop3.virginmedia.com (which I actually didn't do to fix it).

Still this doesn't explain the webmail issue which still persists.

I'd bet all these cases of ours are related though!
