Email Unavailable

I use my email account this morning blueyonder.co.uk now all I get is the message that my email account is unavailable.

I have tried my ipad and laptop.  I logged into email through my VM account and got message that server was unreachable

Can anyone help me as I desperately need my emails

Email has been unavailable for most of the afternoon.

Email server rejected your login - ERR account is temporarily unavailable

Service status:

Sending and receiving emails may be slow right now.
We have identified the problem and an engineer is on their way.

Service isn't slow... its non-existent!

I am in an OVER UTILISED VIRGIN MEDIA AREA
Contention reference "F002896495", - poor speeds of 0.3Mbps to 4Mbps every evening. Ongoing since March 2014.
After some network upgrading, fault reference has now become F004952644.

There is an email issue currently listed on the Service status page.  It seems intermittent for me.
