Hi,
I've been unable to access my e-mails since Saturday afternoon (usually accessed by POP3). When I've tried to access via the web portal, I get a message stating 'Your mailbox is not available at the moment'.
Can anyone offer any assistance as to why I'm seeing this?

Sorry to hear of the problems accessing your email account, we understand the frustration this can cause. We appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.
Have you been able to follow the steps outlined in the link provided by Graham_A and gain access to your email account again?
