When viewing my email through my Samsung phone, the subfolders I have created, have disappeared and all that's visible are the standard folders. They are visible on my Ipad but not on my webmail. This has only happened in the past month or so.
Go to Settings in VM webmail and click on Email in the left hand pane and scroll to the bottom of the screen.. Click on IMAP subscriptions in the right hand pane and ensure that the missing folders are ticked. Click save.

Thank you. The folders were already selected but I managed to go into email folders to sync on my phone clicked on inbox and the dropped down folders appeared. So I could select them. My husband is having the same issue on his iPhone so I'll look into it using your info
