Just moved to a new phone and am trying to set up my Virgin email account on it.
I cannot remember my Virgin email account password and cannot find where my virgin email password resides in my mail online (mail.virginmedia.com/appsuite) and how to change it. I have changed my Virgin Media password. Is that password the same as my email account password?
Also, what inbound and outbound server settings do I need to add in respect of my Virgin email as an additional email account on my Gmail app?
Many thanks.

@scotsbaker127 A number of different questions asked. The current email settings are set out here:
Is the email address concerned your primary username for your My Virgin account? Changing the password will only effect the email address concerned. The primary and secondary email accounts for VM customers have different log in details.
The process for changing passwords on secondary accounts has recently changed The primary account holder cannot change secondary account passwords anymore. This link may help: https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/forgotten-details/password
I'm a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share knowledge, I don't work for Virgin Media, I'm a VM customer. There are no guarantees that my advice will work. Please read the FAQs
