Having a problem with email on my phone.
Webmail is fine and shows all mails.
In my mail app, a whole load of emails were missing (Shows nothing between 26th Jan and today but can see these in Webmail OK)
Installed Outlook on phone and get the same issue.
Using standard IMAP settings for ntlworld account (port 993 for incoming)

Can you please confirm which handset you are using and if the application is up to date on software?

Hi Its a Huawei P30 Pro. System and apps are all up to date.

Have you tried deleting the account from your email, and re-adding it to see if the emails restore correctly?

Not all mails. There is a gap between December and March that aren't showing on various apps I've tried. They are showing on webmail

So sorry for the issues faced, it seems like the email is facing issue synchronising with the apps, can I ask what other mail app you're using before the Outlook?
Also on the apps, are you receiving your latest emails?

Have tried marking all emails as unread in webmail and then read again. Still no joy
Have tried outlook and a couple of other andriod mail programs

Thanks for coming back to us on this one.
It may be due to different settings that previous mails have not saved I'm afraid. As they are showing within webmail you can access them there.
As long as the app is functioning correctly now and going forward. You have confirmed you're receiving new mails now so this would class as a resolution.
If for any reason, the mails stop coming through again, please pop back and let us know.
